In a move which is expected to further  reduce the cost of tablet PCs in India and rattle the tablet price cage in general, Lakshmi Access Communications, a Bangalore-based wireless solutions company and part of the multi crore Devraj Group of Companies, has announced a full-featured and fully functional Android tablet PC for a mere US $99, under Rs. 5,000. The tablet PC price war has finally arrived in India.
